Every year, Bystřice organizes Bystřice Day (Municipality Day), which takes place either in September or May.
The month varies depending on another traditional Bystřice event, ZLOT, which is held every two years in the PZKO park by the Hluchová River.
In the building of the Lutheran Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession (LECAV), a concert featuring mainly classical music is held three times a year under the fitting title “The Three Seasons.”
